At Integra Sitek AG, we attach great importance to having a structured and effective project realization process. We are based on proven processes from medical technology and use terms such as DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification). Our project realization process comprises a total of six milestones, which we carefully go through to ensure that we meet the requirements of our customers.

The process starts with the customer order, followed by MS 1, the kickoff meeting. In MS 2, we carry out the DQ to ensure that the design meets the requirements. Then comes MS 3, the IQ, in which we install systems and machines. MS 4 includes the OQ, where we ensure that the systems and machines function properly. MS 5 is the PQ in which we test the performance of the systems and machines under real conditions. The process ends with MS 6, customer approval with feedback, and handover to production.
