We regularly exchange ideas in our daily shop floor meetings. We inform each other about extraordinary events and coordinate the daily activities. We systematically record conspicuous deviations and include potential for improvement. After appropriate evaluation, we implement any optimization projects we have decided upon in a targeted manner.
