We specialize in the production of turned metal parts, plastic injection molded parts, hybrid components and further processing into asseblies.
Thanks to this comprehensive range, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to customer needs. The production and combination of turned metal parts with plastic components and our own assembly for assemblies offers great benefits for our customers. We mainly focus on the production of technical standard serial parts in all serial sizes.
- 1997: Sitek AG is founded at the site at 2544 Bettlach. Sitek emerged from the former NIMA-Aebi AG with its own water meter
- 1998: Certification according to ISO 9001, OHAS 18001
- 2004: Certification after certification under ISO 14001 OHSAS ,18001 – sale to the main customer Aquametro AG
as per the SITEK AG succession plan - 2015: Transfer of the majority of shares from Aquametro AG to INTEGRA Holding AG
- 2017: Planning and creation of the new building at the Grenchen site
- 2018: Purchase of the new building in 2540 Grenchen – certification according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHAS 18001:2007
- 2019: Acquisition of Marcel Bützer AG in 3053 Münchenbuchsee
- 2020: Entry into the medical technical field
- 2022: Change of name to INTEGRA Sitek AG – acquisition of the building extension at 2540 Grenchen
- 2023: Certification according to medical technology ISO 13485:2016

Our premises offer a total of 4,800m² of space for production, storage and management. We have paid particular attention to an optimal flow of goods to guarantee smooth processes. In addition, we have another 3,000m² of space at our disposal that we can use for further growth in the future. Our new building, acquired in 2018 and the expansion in 2022 have doubled our capacities and thus offer us enough space for continuous growth.
Our company headquarters are located in the conveniently located industrial area of Grenchen. Due to the location close to important traffic routes and infrastructure points, we can supply our customers quickly and reliably. At the same time, our proximity to other companies in the surrounding industrial estates allows us to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as cooperation with partners and suppliers.
