TOOL MANUFACTURING
As a manufacturer of metal and plastic injection molded parts as well as hybrid components, tool manufacturing is a central part of our production process. We are proud to offer our customers innovative tool solutions manufactured to the highest level of quality. In doing so, we rely on close cooperation with our customers in order to respond precisely to their needs and to be able to meet them.
Although we buy the majority of molds today, we still have important technologies in-house. Our qualified and experienced employees contribute their many years of know-how in the production of tools and troubleshooting. We also work with various partners to offer our customers the best possible solution.
Tool optimization and tool maintenance are of great importance to us in order to ensure the longevity and performance of the tools. We are aware that injection molds represent our customers’ capital, which is why we store them in a specially designed, fire-protected tool warehouse.
CONSTRUCTION
We are able to draw on the expertise of several experienced designers who have many years of experience in evaluating the manufacturability and processing of thermoplastic plastics in medium to large series. In addition, we create preliminary studies to meet the requirements of our customers with high precision.
We work closely with external designers and tool manufacturers to keep our knowledge up to date.
We use a sophisticated master mold concept for the production of prototypes or smaller series in good quality.
Tool design is carried out using the CAD system from Solid Works. Subsequently, detailed drawings of all parts with material specifications and tolerances are created. In the case of bar turning technology, we also prepare manufacturing drawings that can be used for the individual processing steps. In this way, we ensure constant traceability.
Design and manufacturing meetings take place before the tool or mold is manufactured. This ensures that the experiences from previous projects are incorporated into the new tool and that all parties involved can contribute their inputs and ideas before production.
Simulation
In the development phase, we create various preliminary studies and production concepts to achieve optimal solutions in terms of profitability and sustainability. Our design department contributes to the co-engineering process in the request and project phase through filling simulations and mold release studies. This allows us to review and improve the proposed tool concepts and to adapt the geometry of the components to meet the requirements of the plastic.
During the development phase, we work closely with external service providers who can optimize our ideas using simulations. We are also able to carry out filling simulations internally. For FEM calculations, cooling analyses or analyses of complex multi-component parts, we rely on the experience of external service providers.
TOOL PROCUREMENT
Based on our many years of experience and our extensive network, we are able to procure tools worldwide that meet the specific needs of our customers. Our experienced team has in-depth knowledge of tool procurement and works closely with trusted partners in various regions.

FIRE-PROTECTED TOOL STORAGE
Your tools are safely protected against weather, theft and fire. Each injection mold is recorded in the ERP and gets its own storage space. This means that each tool is quick to locate.
The tools are maintained and preserved according to specified cycles. The tools are the capital of the customers and are insured accordingly.
