BAR TURNING

BAR TURNING

As a service provider, we offer our customers a comprehensive overall service. We specialize in pure bar turning and have a wide range of 24 long turners, short turners and ring turners. With these machines, we can process workpieces with diameters of 1 to 42 mm. In addition to turning and milling, we also offer other machining processes, including cylindrical grinding, rotary grinding, knurling, gear cutting, polishing and slide-grinding.

Thanks to our many years of experience and our extensive know-how in bar turning, we are able to produce precise and high-quality components. STRAIGHT TURNING

In addition to injection molding, straight turning is another core competence of our company. During straight turning, the workpiece is turned in a straight turning machine and at the same time machined longitudinally to the axis of rotation. This process enables the production of long, thin workpieces with a high length-diameter ratio and thus offers a wide range of possibilities in component production.

Some of our systems are also equipped with deep-hole drilling devices, which allow us to carry out long and deep drilling in workpieces. We use special tools, machines and peripheral devices to ensure high precision and surface quality. Our experienced teams have extensive experience in this area and use modern technologies to produce high-quality components.

SHORT LATHING

Short lathing is a precision machining process that produces small workpieces with high accuracy and efficiency. It is characterized by the use of specialized tools and techniques to achieve narrow tolerances and high surface quality.

A special feature of short turning is the movement of the tools along the longitudinal axis. As a result, we can process workpieces with diameters of up to 42 mm and remove high volumes of metal slivers. This method allows us to create precise contours, threads and holes in the workpieces. Through the use of modern short lathes and our experienced teams, we can ensure efficient production processes.

GROOVING

Grooving is a highly specialized processing technique in which the workpiece is formed using wire from a coil. During grooving work, the wire clamped precisely in place, straightened and the cutting tool rotates around the workpiece, resulting in precise machining.

By integrating additional milling axes, simple milling operations can also be carried out. This unique technology is particularly suitable for the efficient production of components in large quantities.

DOWNSTREAM PROCESSES

Depending on the technology, we offer a variety of additional processes in-house, including gear cutting, polishing, knurling, slide-grinding and washing. These processes allow us to offer customers a comprehensive solution and further improve the quality of the end products.

For more specific requirements and processes that we do not cover internally, we rely on a network of partners. These partners specialize in processes such as electropolishing, heat treatment, electroplating, coating, laser marking and other specialized processes.
